PRIZES: There will be one (1) Prize Winner. The Prize Winner will receive the following (collectively, the “Prize”):
a. Two (2) tickets to one (1) Golden State Warriors regular season home game (the “Game”), as selected by Prize Winner from a list of available options provided by Sponsor, together with Two (2) pre-game courtside shootaround passes for the Game;
b. Two (2) customized Golden State Warriors jerseys (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and
c. Two (2) roundtrip United Airlines flight certificates (subject to all applicable terms and conditions related thereto, including, without limitation, the terms attached hereto as Exhibit A).
The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize is Three Thousand Four Hundred US Dollars ($3,400.00).
