One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV to participate in the “Million Dollar Event” at the Palms Casino Resort. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest to winner’s primary U.S. residence to Las Vegas, 2 night[s] standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations at the Palms Casino Resort, a check in the amount of $2,500 which may be used as spending money, ground transfers to/from airport/hotel and the opportunity to participate in the “Million Dollar Event” as described below. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of trip: $5,000.
Million Dollar Event” Details: At event, Grand Prize winner will be escorted to a location selected by Sponsor and asked to select a card from an initial deck of (52) cards, which will be designated as the “Winning Card”. Once the Winning Card has been selected and identified, Grand Prize winner will be allowed a single opportunity to draw a card from a new deck of (52) cards in an effort to match the Winning Card. If the Winning Card is drawn, Grand Prize winner will win the $1,000,000 annuity that pays out $25,000/year for 40 years without interest.
Odds of selecting the Winning Card and receiving the $1,000,000 annuity is: 1 in 52. The maximum potential value of Grand Prize (including trip) after maturity of annuity is $1,005,000. The present ARV of the maximum potential Grand Prize is $525,000.
