Sweepstakes Prize: One (1) grand prize (“Prize”) which consists of a custom-built pre-owned 2021 Black Toyota Tacoma® TRD 4 x 4 Off-road automobile (“Vehicle”); the Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $52,500.00; Twenty Five (25) first prizes (“First Prize”): one (1) Holy Stone Drone, ARV: $199.99; Seventy Five (75) second prizes (“Second Prize”): one (1) Garmin® Handheld GPS, ARV: $222.99, and One Hundred (100) third prizes (“Third Prize”): one (1) sleeping bag, ARV: $119.99.
Grand Prize winner will also be awarded a cash payment of $12,000.00 in the form of a check made payable to the grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) to help offset the burden of taxes associated with winning this Prize.
Upon accepting delivery and transfer of title to the Vehicle, the Grand Prize Winner hereby acknowledges and decrees that the combined ARV of the Vehicle and the cash payment is $64,500.00 and agrees not to challenge the ARV for any reason.
