Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 prize award): The eligible entrant designated as the grand prize winner shall be awarded a trip for the winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) to Petaluma, CA with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) not to exceed $4,000 and shall include:
· Two (2) tickets for the winner and one (1) guest, age 21 or older, to a Sponsor designated event at the Lagunitas brewery in Petaluma, CA scheduled to take place on October 4 and October 5, 2025;
· Coach class airfare departing October 3, 2025 and returning October 6, 2025 for the winner and one (1) guest, age 21 or older, from the Sponsor-designated nearest major metro airport to the winner’s residence as provided during registration to San Francisco, CA (SFO or OAK airport, as designated by Sponsor);
o NOTE: If grand prize winner resides within 250-miles of the greater San Francisco or Oakland, CA metropolitan area, Sponsor reserves the right to provide one (1) $500 gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare. Gift card as solely designated and determined by Sponsor and subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the issuing gift card provider policy.
· Three (3)-nights in a Sponsor-designated standard double-occupancy hotel in the Petaluma, CA metro area checking in on October 3, 2025, and checking out on October 6, 2025;
o Hotel brand, room type, and location as designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability.
· One (1) $500 gift card from the Sponsor-designated gift card provider;
o Gift card subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the issuing gift card provider policy.
· One (1) $500 Uber account credit toward ground transportation, subject to Uber terms and conditions;
· One (1) $300 gift card to the Lagunitas Schwag Shop, subject to the gift card provider policy, including any expiration.
First Prize Awards (maximum 30 prize awards): Each eligible entrant designated as a first prize winner shall be awarded one (1) retro-style Victrola portable record player and one (1) $100 gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider. Actual make, model, style, size and color of record player as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, subject to availability. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card provider policy, including any expiration. Each first prize award has an ARV of $250.
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all available prizes is $11,500.
