Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to the Entourage Premiere Screening in New York City on September 3, 2008. Trip includes: roundtrip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway nearest winnerβs residence, as determined by Sponsor, to New York City; standard hotel accommodations [one room, double occupancy] for 3-days/2-nights; dinner for two at MAZE in New York City (awarded as a $200 American Express Gift Card), DVD of Seasons 1, 2, 3a, 3b & 4, an Entourage Prize Pack and ground transportation to/from airport in New York City. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. No substitutions are allowed. Trip must be taken on and around September 3, 2008, or on dates specified by Sponsor. In the event that the Entourage Premiere Screening does not take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption or postponement, or for any reason beyond the control of Home Box Office, Inc., HBOβs sole responsibility will be to award the remaining portion of the Grand Prize and no additional substitution or compensation will be provided. Any Sponsor and HBO approved changes to confirmed travel itinerary, made at winner’s request, may result in rebooking fees which will be the sole responsibility of winner. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be 21 years of age or older and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents.
