PRIZE: There is one (1) Prize available. The Prize consists of the Winner’s choice of either: one (1) 5-day/4-
night trip to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida (the “UO Prize”) OR one (1) 3-day/2-night trip to
Universal Studios Hollywood, in Universal City, California (the “USH Prize”) for the Winner and up to one (1)
travel companion (a “Guest”), as further described below.
If the UO Prize is chosen by the Winner: The UO Prize has a fair market value (“FMV”) of Three Thousand
Eighty-One Hundred and 54/100 Dollars ($3,081.54).
1. Round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial
airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion) to Orlando,
Florida*
2. Four (4) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room, and tax
only) at Universal Terra Luna Resort or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by
Universal Orlando in their sole discretion).
3. Non-exclusive ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel in Orlando, FL*.
4. Universal Orlando 3-Park 3-Day Park-to-Park PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Tickets for
admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks, Universal
Volcano Bay** water theme park, plus one (1) day admission to Universal Epic Universe and
5. One (1) night general admission to Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights Event for Winner
and up to one (1) Guest.
*For a Winner who is a Florida resident, air transportation may be substituted with another method of
transportation by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion. Winner is not entitled to the cash difference in the
value between ground transportation and the substitute method of transportation.
**During the fall and winter season, Universal Volcano Bay is closed on select dates.
OR
If the USH Prize is chosen by the Winner: The USH Prize has an FMV of Two Thousand Nine Hundred ThirtyTwo and 00/100 Dollars ($2,932.00) and consists of the following:
1) Round trip, coach (economy) class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major
commercial airport closest to Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion)
to Los Angeles, California**. Winner will be responsible for ground transportation to/from the
airport at the point of origin.
2) Two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax
only) at Sheraton Universal Hotel (or at another nearby hotel as determined by Universal Studios
Hollywood in their sole discretion).
3) Non-exclusive ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA**.
4) Two (2) days general admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood for Winner and up to one (1)
Guest; and one (1) night general admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween
Horror Nights Event for Winner and up to one (1) Guest.
** For a winner who is a California resident and selects the USH Prize, air transportation may be substituted
with another method of transportation by Universal Studios Hollywood in its sole discretion. Winner is not
entitled to the cash difference in the value between ground transportation and the substitute method of
transportation.
