To enter via e-mail during an Entry Period, send an e-mail with “Chicago Cubs Hit the Buds Sweepstakes Entry” in the subject line to cubspromotions@cubs.com and include in the body of such e-mail all of the following information: your full name, street address, City, State, Zip Code, day and evening telephone numbers (including area codes), date of birth, and the following statement: “I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Sweepstakes’ Official Rules.”
PRIZES: Up to seventy-nine (79) Prizes May Be Awarded During the Sweepstakes Period (i.e., one (1) Prize per Entry Period). Each winner will receive one (1) $250.00 pre-paid Visa card that can be used to purchase one (1) pack of Budweiser beer per month for twelve (12) months. Alcoholic beverages are not part of the prize. “Terms and Conditions” received with the pre-paid card apply. Approximate Retail Value of each prize is $ 250.00.
