Odds of Winning an Instant Win Game Prize. Odds of winning an Instant Win Game Prize depend on the date and time of Instant Win Game message and number of eligible Entrants who enter. In order for an Entrant’s Instant Win Game Play to result in the Entrant being a potential Instant Win Game Winner, it must have occurred either at the exact randomly predetermined winning time as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator or, if no Instant Win Game Play has occurred at the exact randomly predetermined winning time, then it must be the Instant Win Game Play that occurred at the closest time immediately following the randomly predetermined winning time. In no way is a determination of whether an Entrant is an Instant Game Winner based on the Entrant’s performance in performing the Instant Win Game. If two or more Entrants have Instant Win Game Plays occurring at the same predetermined winning time, then a determination of which Entrant is the Instant Game Winner shall be made at random.
B. If an Entrant receives a winning message, the Entrant will be deemed a potential Instant Win Game Winner pending confirmation and/or verification of the Entrant’s eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules as solely determined by Sponsor. The potential Instant Win Game Winner (and in the case of a child under the age of thirteen (13), the child’s parent/legal guardian) will be notified via e-mail within five (5) business days of receiving the winning message. Except as otherwise required by law, if the Instant Win Game Winner is a minor in his/her state of jurisdiction (is younger than 21 years old and resides in Mississippi or is under the age of 19 and resides in Alabama, Delaware or Nebraska) (“Minor Winner”), the Grand Prize will be awarded in his/her parent/legal guardian’s name. The number of Instant Win Game Prizes available to be won will decrease during the Promotion Period as Instant Win Game Prizes are played for and/or claimed. The total number of Instant Win Game Prizes will not exceed 561 for the entire Promotion Period. Therefore, an average of approximately 6.1 Instant Win Prizes will be awarded per day during the Promotion. All Instant Win Game Prizes will be awarded provided there are a sufficient number of eligible Instant Game Winners. Instant Win Game Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded.
4. RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS: On or about November 9, 2012, Administrator will randomly draw one (1) potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner (a “Grand Prize Winner”) from among the eligible Entrants. The Entrant selected is deemed the potential Grand Prize Winner pending confirmation and/or verification of the Entrant’s eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules as determined by Sponsor, solely in Sponsor’s discretion.

Grand Prize: The one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”), subject to the restrictions set forth below, will receive a 4 day/ 3 night trip to the Breckenridge, Colorado (the “Grand Prize Trip”). The Grand Prize Trip will include: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and the Guests from the gateway airport closest to Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner’s home (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) to an airport selected by Sponsor; 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations (single room) in a hotel to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, a full size car rental for the length of the trip, and Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) spending money. If a Grand Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, cannot travel on the dates selected by Sponsor, or refuses to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release, then the Sponsor may randomly select a new Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner from the pool of eligible Entrants or may cancel the Grand Prize Trip. No more than one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
Except as otherwise required by law, if the Grand Prize Winner is a Minor Winner, the Grand Prize will be awarded in his/her parent/legal guardian’s name and he/she (i) must accompany the Minor Winner throughout the Grand Prize Trip and (ii) must sign and return all required documents. In this case, the parent/legal guardian must be one of the Grand Prize Winner’s Guests.
Each Guest must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the minor child/ward of the Grand Prize Winner. Each Guest must also sign a Liability & Publicity Release. If the Guest is not the age of majority in his/her state of residence, then the Release must be signed by the Guest’s parent or legal guardian.
C. ARV: The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the one (1) Grand Prize is $4,895
