Then, once at the participating “Late Night” Wendy’s location, follow the links and instructions to login to your Facebook account, and “Check-In” using your mobile device. In order to “check in” at a participating “Late Night” Wendy’s location, you must be in or immediately adjacent to the perimeter. Sponsor has the right to verify the location of all Check-Ins. Once you Check-In and agree to play the Instant Win Game, you will be immediately notified if you are a potential winner of the Instant Win Game and asked to respond with your email address.
