PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded for the entire Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) trip for four (4) people to New York City, NY to attend the Yo Gabba Gabba! – There’s A Party in My City Live show (originating in San Francisco or Los Angeles). Trip is four (4) days and three (3) nights, departing on Thursday, November 19th, 2009 and returning on Sunday, November 22nd, 2009. Winner and winner’s guests must be available to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with these official rules. In connection with the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner will receive the following: roundtrip coach class airfare for Grand Prize winner and their guests on pre-selected flights from Virgin America, from the major commercial airports of SFO (San Francisco, CA) or LAX (Los Angeles, CA) to JFK Airport (New York, NY); three (3) nights hotel accommodations at the ACE Hotel in a Loft suite (with one queen bed and 2 rollaways for kids) and four (4) passes to see Yo Gabba Gabba!
