PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: There will be one (1) Prize awarded to the Contest winner (the “Winner”). The Prize for the Winner and one (1) guest includes the following: i) Two (2) roundtrip air fare tickets from the closest major airport serviced by the sponsor’s carrier of choice to the Winner’s residence to Nashville, Tennessee; ii) Accommodations for two (2) adults at The Hutton Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee, for three (3) nights, which must be used on or before May 31, 2014; iii) One (1) Music City Backstage Passes for two (2) adults at the attractions noted on the attached Exhibit “A”; iv) Two (2) Grayline Show Tour passes to ABC’s television series “Nashville”; v) Two (2) swag bags from ABC’s television series “Nashville” (CD and/or merchandise); and, vi) Two (2) Opry Backstage Tour passes.
