Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for Grand Prize winner and one guest to an NBA Finals game (exact location, game and dates to be determined by Sponsor). Trip includes: Round-trip coach-class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s home to city in which the NBA Finals game will be played; 3-days/2-nights hotel accommodations for two persons (one standard room, double occupancy), tickets to a game in the NBA Finals, $300 spending money to be awarded as a check in the winner’s name only, ground transportation to/from hotel and airport; however, transportation to/from game is not included, and two T-Mobile Sidekick 4G devices with one month of Unlimited Talk, Text and Web wireless service. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,110.00. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified thereon. Location of seats to be determined by the Sponsor. Winner and Guest agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. In the event the Sponsor is unable to provide tickets to the NBA Finals game, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. The actual value of the prize may vary depending on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value of the prize will not be awarded. Winner and Guest must be able to attend and travel on the designated travel dates designated by the Sponsor (currently expected to be between June 3, 2011 and June 5, 2011, and subject to change) or the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. If Grand Prize winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian must accompany him/her on Trip as the Guest. Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Air transportation may require connecting flights. Sponsor reserves the right to require the travelers to fly on certain days of the week, and/or at certain times of the day or night, and/or on certain airline carriers. Hotel rooms will be at Sponsor’s choice of hotel. Trip is subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. All costs or expenses not expressly stated as included herein in connection with acceptance and use of a prize (including, without limitation, transportation to and from airport, additional transportation, food and beverages, luggage fees, gratuities, meals, souvenirs and other incidental costs), will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and his/her Guest are solely responsible for obtaining (i) all required documents for travel; and (ii) any additional measures they wish to take, such as purchasing travel insurance, medications, or inoculations, prior to travel. Winner’s Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18 years of age), unless Guest is the child or legal ward of winner. Each winner and his/her Guest (or winner if Guest is an eligible minor) will be required to execute a Release of Liability and Publicity (“Guest Release”) prior to issuance of travel documents. If Guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return Release on behalf of such child or legal ward. The Trip may not be combined with any other offer, and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Any identification and travel document requirements associated with air travel are the winner and Guest’s sole responsibility. Released Parties are not responsible for lost or mutilated travel documents or tickets, and none will be replaced. Certain additional travel restrictions may apply. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades.
