On or about 1/20/2014, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received to select:
· (1) First Prize Winner
· (1) Second Prize Winner
· (8) Third Prize Winners
Prize Awards:
First Prize – Maximum of 1: The (1) contestant selected and confirmed as the first prize winner will be awarded the first prize. The first prize is:
· (1) $500 Best Buy Gift Card, subject to the terms and conditions of Best Buy gift certificate policy;
· A 1-year supply of Vintage 1 Liter Bottles, paid in the form of (104) certificates, with each certificate valid for a free 1-liter of Vintage, valued at $113.36;
· (1) $100 Visa Gift Card, subject to the terms and conditions of Visa gift card policy;
· The opportunity to participate in the ‘Score Prediction – Grand Prize Contest’ for the chance to win $100,000 (see below).
Second Prize – Maximum of 1: The (1) contestant selected and confirmed as the second prize winner will be awarded the second prize. The second prize is:
· (1) $500 Best Buy Gift Card, subject to the terms and conditions of Best Buy gift certificate policy;

Third Prize – Maximum of 8: The (8) contestants selected and confirmed as a third prize winner will be awarded the third prize. The third prize is:
· (1) $100 Visa Gift Card, subject to the terms and conditions of Visa gift card policy
Score Prediction – Grand Prize Contest (First Prize Winner only): Only the selected First Prize Winner will be eligible to participate in the grand prize contest for the chance to win the grand prize (described below). All other entrants are ineligible to participate or win.
In order for the $100,000 grand prize amount to be awarded, the eligible contestant must submit and correctly predict the exact Final Score of both teams playing in the designated game. Designated Game: Professional Football Championship Game being played on 2/2/14 in East Rutherford, NJ.
The following requirements apply to the submitted Score prediction:
· The eligible contestant’s score prediction must be received by Contest Administrator in writing from the eligible contestant prior to 5:00pm ET on 1/31/14. Contest Administrator will provide the eligible contestant with an email address of where their score prediction entry should be emailed. If the score prediction is not received for any reason by the Contest Administrator prior to the designated deadline, then the eligible contestant will be disqualified from the Grand Prize Contest and will not be eligible to claim the $100,000 Grand Prize, regardless of the accuracy of any submitted or claimed final score prediction.
· In order for the Grand Prize to be awarded to the eligible contestant, the Final Score prediction submitted on their official entry form must exactly match the actual Final Score for both teams playing in the designated game;
o For example, if the actual final score of a designated game is New England – 27, Green Bay – 10, then a predicted final score of Green Bay – 10, New England- 27 or a prediction of 27-10 without specifying the associated teams will not constitute a winning entry.
· At the completion of the designated game, the eligible contestant’s score prediction will be compared to the actual score. The score prediction prize will be awarded only if the eligible contestant has submitted a score prediction that exactly matches the actual score for both teams of the designated game.
Grand Prize – $100,000: In the event of a successful score prediction, the eligible contestant who submitted the winning prediction will be eligible to claim the grand prize, subject to verification of compliance with these official rules. The grand prize award is: $100,000, paid in the form of a check. A maximum of (1) grand prize will be awarded in the contest. If the grand prize winning requirements are not successfully completed by the eligible contestant during the contest period, then the grand prize(s) will not be awarded.
