PRIZES: Two (2) Prizes (each, a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”) Will Be Awarded.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available and consists of a Big Green Egg Prize Package, consisting of: (a) one (1) Large Big Green Egg Grill with EGG mates (folding side shelves); (b) one (1) EGG nest stand; (c) one (1) 20# bag of Big Green Egg natural lump charcoal and a box of natural charcoal starters; (d) one (1) ash tool and grill gripper; and (e) one (1) trip for the winner and three (3) guests to the 2012 MiLB Triple-A National Championship Game. ((a), (b), (c), (d), and (e) collectively, “the Grand Prize”).
The trip for one (1) winner and up to three (3) guests to the 2012 Triple-A National Championship Game on September 18, 2012 in Durham, NC (“Host City”) consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s U.S. home as determined by Sponsor to the applicable Host City), hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (two (2) standard hotel rooms, double occupancy), admission for four (4) to the 2012 Triple-A National Championship Game to be played in the Host City during the trip (the “Game”), ground transportation between hotel and Game, and $400.00 (awarded to the winner in the form of a pre-paid debit card; subject to terms and conditions as stated on the debit card). In the event that a winner’s home is located in close proximity (as determined by the Sponsor) to the event city selected by the winner, Sponsor reserves the right to provide alternate transportation to and from the winner’s home to the Host City with no further obligation to winner. The Triple-A National Championship Game trip consists of four (4) premium level seats for the Game and four (4) tickets to other special events surrounding the Game (as determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Travel must be scheduled around the scheduled Game and on a date agreed upon by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel and accommodations subject to availability and change. All costs and expenses associated with Grand Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging (other than stated above), transportation (other than stated above), meals, gratuities and all other expenses incurred by accepting the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner must accept prize as stated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner to be selected at random from among all remaining eligible entries for the applicable Entry Period. Approximate Grand Prize Retail Value (ARV): $4,401.00.
First Prize: One (1) First Prize is available and consists of a Big Green Egg “Tailgater Package” consisting of: (a) one (1) Mini Big Green Egg Grill; (b) one (1) EGG nest stand; (c) one (1) 10# bag of natural lump charcoal and a box of natural charcoal starters, plus ashtool and grill gripper; and (d) four (4) official Minor League Baseball branded caps((a), (b), (c) and (d) collectively, “the First Prize”). ARV of First Prize: $560.00.
Total ARV of all Prizes: $4,961.00
