Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner to be drawn from all valid entries. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for four (4) to Redwood National Park in Northern California. The trip includes round trip coach/economy class airfare for the Winner and three (3) guests from the major airport nearest the winner’s US or Canadian residence selected by Sponsor, five (5) nights lodging selected by Sponsor (2 standard rooms (room and taxes), meal stipend of $200.00 USD per day, car rental stipend of up to $1,500.00 USD (note: winner must meet all age, licensing, insurance and deposit requirements as set forth by car rental agency or this portion of the prize will be forfeited and no additional prize element substituted).
Winner will be announced on or around July 16th 2012; trip must be taken between August 1st 2012 and August 1st 2013; no alternative travel dates are available. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to travel during the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no prize substitution made. If a guest is unable to travel during the specified dates, that part of the prize will be forfeited. If the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Redwood National Park, ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion and no further travel compensation shall be provided to the winner as a result. All travel subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions, entry restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor (Seventh Generation) assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights) beyond its control. Winner and guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. and/or Canadian driver’s license and valid U.S. or Canadian passport) required for travel within the United States or for international travel (depending on where the winner and guests reside). Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary. A minor guest on the trip must be accompanied at all times by the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $6,000.00 USD but the actual value may be different depending on Winner’s point of travel origin and chosen destination. Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitution of prizes is permitted. Terms and conditions apply. Winner and guests are responsible for all meals, expenses and other costs not included in the Prize description.
First Prize Five (5) winners: Energy Star (as defined and qualified at www.energystar.gov), front-loading washer with matching dryer. ARV: $2,500.00 USD each. Limit of one (1) First Prize per household. A consumer who is awarded a First Prize will not be eligible to win the Grand Prize.
Second Prize One thousand (1,000) winners: Green Cleaning Kit provided by Seventh Generation. ARV: $35.00 USD each. Second prize winners will be drawn weekly every Monday. Winners will be drawn from the previous weeks’ entries. All entrants will be eligible except those who have previously won. A consumer may be awarded a Second prize, and still be eligible to win the First or Grand Prize. Limit of one (1) Second Prize award per person.
