PRIZES, ODDS, & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): The following prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes, subject to verification:
One (1) grand prize winner, subject to verification, will receive a trip for winner and three (3) guests to Toronto to visit the set of Dino Dan and the opportunity for one (1) child of the winner who is age twelve or younger and meets the other criteria specified by Sponsor to have a walk-on appearance in one (1) episode of the Dino Dan show (collectively, the “Trip Prize”). The ARV of the Trip Prize is $15,000.
Three (3) first prize winners, subject to verification, will each receive a Dino Dan merchandise gift basket, consisting of DVDs, plush toys, and possible other items, as selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each first prize gift basket has an ARV of $300.
Thirty (30) second-prize winners, subject to verification, will each receive a Dino Dan DVD selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion, each with an ARV of $13.
The odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The total ARV of all prizes offered is $16,290.
