Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence in the U.S., standard hotel accommodations at a four (4)-star rated Ski Resort (one room, double occupancy) for six (6) nights and $3,000 for winner only awarded in the form of a check which may be used towards ground transportation, ski lift tickets, ski or snowboard rentals, horse and carriage ride and spending money. ARV = $9,000.
Actual value may vary based upon location of winner’s residence and exact destination city/location. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of Grand Prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, any ground transportation, food and beverages (as applicable), souvenirs, gratuities, activities, excursions, insurance and miscellaneous travel expenses, including, but not limited to, airline luggage charges, are each winner’s sole responsibility. All prize details (including, but not limited to, exact dates, times, destinations, resorts, accommodations, itineraries and/or activities) are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation (or other form of transportation) may be provided in lieu of air transportation, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Guests must be 21 years of age or older and must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Released Parties are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. Final trip itineraries are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
