One (1) First Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize winner (each a “Weekly Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing (each a “Weekly Drawing”) from all eligible entries received each Sweepstakes Week. One (1) Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing (“Grand Prize Drawing”) from all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand Prize Drawing will take place on or about August 21, 2012.
For each Sweepstakes Week, the following First Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize (each a “Weekly Prize”) will be awarded:
· One (1) First Prize: a Nook Tablet™ (8 GB) and First Prize winner’s choice of one of the following Pimsleur Unlimited programs: Spanish, French, German or Italian. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each First Prize: $549.00.
· One (1) Second Prize: $100 gift card to Barnes & Noble.
· One (1) Third Prize: $50 gift card to Barnes & Noble.
ARV of each Sweepstakes’ Week’s total prizes: $699. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize per person. Weekly Winners are still eligible for the Grand Prize.
One Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive (i) a gift card in the amount of $2,500 for a Sponsor-selected airline carrier, which Grand Prize Winner is encouraged to apply to international travel and (ii) a Nook Tablet™ (8 GB) and Grand Prize winner’s choice of one of the following Pimsleur Unlimited programs: Spanish, French, German or Italian (ARV: $549.00).
ARV of Grand Prize: $3,049. Gift card terms and any policies or other terms of airline carrier apply. Winner is solely responsible for all travel expenses regarding use of the gift card prize, including without limitation, ground transportation, accommodations, meals, tips, gratuities, taxes, etc., and for securing all documentation necessary for international travel.
Total ARV of all prizes combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period: $8,641.
