Prize: (1 winner) Two economy class round-trip airline tickets to Los Angeles, CA from the major gateway airport closest to the winner’s primary residence in the U.S.; hotel accommodations for people for 2-nights at a hotel chosen by Sponsor; two tickets to attend the 20th Annual Producer’s Guild Awards taking place on Saturday 1/24/09 at the Hollywood Paladium; and (iv) round-trip limosine transportation to and from the Producers Guild Awards. Approximate retail value of the grand prize is $4,400.00 depending on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based on fluctuations in price for accommodations, airfare, and distance between departure and destination. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all costs not specifically included in the Grand Prize package including, but not limited to, additional transportation, all other meals, in-room or other personal charges at the lodging (e.g. mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities and incidentals, and all other expenses. Airfare and hotel will be confirmed with select vendors that are available on Expedia® and at the discretion of TripAdvisor®. The specified travel dates for this prize are 01/23/09 – 01/25/09. Winner must be available to travel to coincide with the event 1/23/09 – 1/25/09, otherwise winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be chosen. The winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for roundtrip air travel. Unless child of the winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure. The prize is subject to change according to Ceremony schedule changes. The total cost for the hotel and airfare, including all taxes and fees, is not to exceed U.S. $3,400.00 for the entire package. If the total cost of the reservation is less than U.S. $3,400.00, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. If the total cost of booking exceeds U.S. $3,400.00, the winner will be responsible for paying any amount over U.S. $3,400.00. All travel must be confirmed at least two (2) weeks in advance of the departure date and may be subject to certain other restrictions.
