Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: A 3-day/2-night trip for winner plus one (1) guest to Miami, FL to attend the 2010 Pro Bowl currently scheduled for 1/31/10. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S., 2-night standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room), ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/game and admission for the winner and his/her guest to the 2010 Pro Bowl. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500. Actual value of Grand Prizes may vary depending on winners’ city of departure. If the actual value of prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Travel, hotel and other arrangements to be determined by Sponsor. Winner and his/her respective guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining any/all necessary documents (including but not limited to valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. If Grand Prize winner chooses not to take a guest, then the guest elements will be forfeited and the remaining elements shall constitute full satisfaction of the Grand Prize. Other travel/accommodation restrictions may apply. Trip must be taken on date and time designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of Miami, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and to award no additional compensation in such event. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays.
