PRIZES: The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the prize is $3,200.00 and consists of one (1) CycleOps PowerTap SL 2.4 Power Meter, 6 months of personal coaching by a USA Cycling certified cycling coach that is proximate to winner’s residence, as determined by Rodale within its sole and absolute discretion, with an ARV of $200 per month (total ARV $1200) [What is a local USA Cycling certified coach? The six months of personal coaching must be used within one year from the date the winner returns to Rodale a fully completed Affidavit. Each bottle has an approximate retail value of $39.99. The total ARV of all prizes awarded is $3,200.00. There is a total of one (1) prize to be awarded to one (1) winner. Prize subject to any and all applicable terms and conditions. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be sent an IRS Federal 1099-MISC tax form for the retail value of any prize at or above $600.
