PRIZE: Each Weekly Winner will receive one (1) prize (“Prize”). Prize will consist of one (1) “Kate Essentials” Tote containing branded items as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Five (5) Prizes per Weekly Drawing will be awarded, one (1) Prize awarded to each Weekly Winner for a total of sixty-five (65) Prizes awarded throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is seventy-five dollars ($75). Total ARV for all Prizes is four thousand eight hundred and seventy-five dollars ($4,875).
