GRAND PRIZE (1 winner): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the NASCAR After the Lap™ event in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 29, 2012, and a 2013 Ford F-150 FX4 Truck.
Trip includes:
- round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV from major commercial airport of Sponsor’s sole choosing near winner’s residence;
- two (2) nights standard hotel (double occupancy) accommodations at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV;
- roundtrip ground transportation to/from Las Vegas airport/hotel for winner and guest;
- two (2) VIP tickets for winner and guest to attend the NASCAR After the Lap™ event scheduled to be held on the evening of Thursday, November 29, 2012; and
- $500 cash.
Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $41,850. If Grand Prize winner lives within approximately 200 miles of Las Vegas, NV, Sponsor may substitute, in its sole discretion, round-trip ground transportation between winner’s residence and the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino instead of air transportation, and winner will not receive any substitute prize or compensation in conjunction with such substitution. Actual value of prize may also vary depending on final specifications for the 2013 Ford F-150 FX4 Truck selected by winner. Winner may choose equipment and options for the prize vehicle up to a total retail value of USD $40,000. Color and equipment options are subject to availability. Any difference between the estimated value of the prize and the actual value will not be awarded to winner. NASCAR After the Lap™ tickets are subject to the policies and procedures established by NASCAR®. Guest must be age 21 or older.
Grand Prize winner and guest must be available to travel 11/28/12 – 12/1/12 or 11/29/12 – 12/2/12 so as to attend the NASCAR After the Lap™ event scheduled for the evening of 11/29/12, or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety without compensation and an alternate winner may be selected, from among all remaining eligible entries received, time permitting. All travel will be arranged by Sponsor. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner and guest must provide their own transportation to and from departure airport. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure date, destination and return date or Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining and traveling with photo identification and any other documentation required for travel. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. There shall be no compensation or prize substitution if winner and/or guest are unable to take scheduled trip by reason of illness, family emergency, personal events, terrorism, labor strikes, weather, or other acts beyond Sponsor’s control. There shall be no compensation or prize substitution if NASCAR After the Lap™ event is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason.
Within 6-8 weeks of confirmation of Grand Prize winner, winner will be provided with information about how to order the 2013 Ford F-150 FX4 Truck. Vehicle will be delivered to a local Ford dealer near winner’s residence, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Timing of delivery will depend on availability of the vehicle with the specifications ordered by winner. Sponsor and/or local dealer will contact winner via telephone when the vehicle is ready. Winner must have all required information and documentation, including but not limited to a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and must pay any registration fees, license fees, taxes or other applicable costs not covered by the prize, at the time the winner picks up the vehicle.
FIRST PRIZES: Three (3) First Prize winners will each receive a NASCAR After the Lap™ Simpson Helmet signed by all top 12 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ drivers. Approximate retail value of First Prize is $1,000 each.
SECOND PRIZES: Four (4) Second Prize winners will each receive a SIRIUS/XM radio and a $50 SIRIUS/XM gift card. Approximate retail value of Second Prize is $300 each.
THIRD PRIZES: Three (3) Third Prize winners will each receive a $100 NASCAR® SuperStore gift card. Approximate retail value of Third Prize is $100 each.
Total value of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is USD $46,350
