PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):
GRAND PRIZE (1): The “Grand Prize” is a Hyundai® vehicle whose Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) along with additional features, upgrade or options (the “Extras”) does not exceed $35,000 (the “Vehicle”). The Grand Prize Winner may apply any amounts remaining from the $35,000 used to pay for the Vehicle and the Extras to pay for sales tax, luxury tax, income tax, destination charges, registration, title and license fees and insurance in claiming, registering or using the Vehicle (the “Charges”), provided that the amount for the Charges does not exceed $2,500. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the amount of the check will not exceed $2,500. In no event shall the total amount of the MSRP for the Vehicle, Extras, Charges and check to the Grand Prize Winner exceed $35,000. For example, if the value of the Vehicle and Extras is $34,000, the Grand Prize Winner will receive a check in the amount of $1,000. If the value of the Vehicle and Extras is $30,000, the Grand Prize Winner will receive a check in the amount of $2,500.
The total ARV of the Grand Prize will not exceed $35,000.
DAILY SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD PRIZE (92): Each Daily Sweepstakes Period Prize is a $50 Gas Card.
The ARV of each Daily Sweepstakes Period Prize is $50. The total ARV of all Daily Sweepstakes Period Prizes is $4,600.
ARV: The ARV of the all prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is $39,600.
