Level 1: Complete all five challenges. Once all five challenges are successfully completed in this level, an Entrant will receive one issue of Sponsor’s lifestyle/healthy eating electronic magazine and will advance to Level 2.
Level 2: By participating in Level 2, Entrants are eligible to be entered into a weekly random drawing during the Promotion Period for various prizes described below. Once all five challenges are successfully completed in this level, and an Entrant is or becomes a MyPanera member, they will advance to Level 3. Once Entrants move onto Level 3, they will no longer be eligible to participate in the weekly random drawings during the Promotion Period.
Level 3: Each of the first 10,000 Entrants who enter Level 3 will be eligible to receive a 30 day trial membership to an online fitness class membership… Once an Entrant successfully completes all five challenges in this level, Entrant will be automatically be entered to win a Sandals Resort Vacation for Two and/or a Rachel Ray cookware set. See below for prize details.
Prizes:
Level 2 prizes: There will be one hundred ninety-five (195) assorted prizes (books, magazines subscriptions and gift cards) to be award to Entrants participating in Level 2. Once Entrants move onto Level 3, they will no longer be eligible to participate in the Level 2 weekly random drawings. Approximately seventeen (17) winners will be randomly selected weekly – for a total of 195 winners – from all Entrants in level 2 that have participated in Level 2 within the past week. Random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor every Thursday at 5:00 PM CST, starting June 14, 2012 through and including August 23, 2012. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all Level 2 prizes is four thousand dollars ($4,000.00).
Level 3 –
Random Prize Drawing: All Entrants who have successfully completed all challenges in Level 3 and are MyPanera members will be eligible to win a Rachel Ray cookware set. One Entrant will be randomly selected on August 30, 2012 to win this prize. ARV is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
Grand Prize: One (1) trip for two to a Sandals resort with airfare included. The trip includes a four-day/three-night Luxury Included® stay for two (2) adults to any of the following Sandals Resorts located in Jamaica, Antigua, Saint Lucia & The Bahamas:

Travel terms: Travel must be completed between August 31, 2012 and August31, 2013 and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after prize has expired. This prize is subject to space availability and selected black-out dates. Reservations will not be confirmed to grand prizewinner until thirty (30) days prior to the selected travel date. Grand prizewinner will be responsible for a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) processing fee per room, per night double occupancy. Payment must be made by grand prizewinner by credit card or check upon receiving hotel confirmation, or the reservation will be cancelled. Prize includes deluxe accommodations, all meals, unlimited premium brand beverages, daily and nightly entertainment, all land and water sports, including scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, gratuities, and transfer to and from the resort designated airport. The following are not included: telephone calls, internet, Red Lane®Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, island departure taxes and purchases made at the Sandals Specialty Shops. Sandals Resorts reserves the right to relocate any confirmed grand prizewinner from their resort of choice to an alternate resort within the Sandals Resorts chain based upon availability of space for the secured travel dates. Total ARV of grand prize (including air fare) is four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500.00). The grand prize available to one Entrant randomly drawn from all Entrants who have completed Level 3 and who are MyPanera members prior to midnight CST on August 29, 2012. Automatic entry into the random drawing for the Level 3 Grand Prize will occur upon Entrants’ completion of Level 3 and registration in the MyPanera program. Winner will be randomly selected on August 30, 2012.
Leader Board Prize: Rachel Ray cookware set – available to the Entrant with the most points as of 10:00 A.M. CST on August 30, 2012. ARV of this prize is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). See program terms for complete details.
