Grand Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for two to the “S.Pellegrino Almost Famous Chef Competition” in Napa Valley, California. Grand Prize includes: two tickets to the “S.Pellegrino Almost Famous Chef Competition”; round-trip coach air transportation for two to and from a major commercial airport in the United States, near the winner’s primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor; and 3-nights accommodations (one double occupancy standard room and room tax only) at a hotel selected by the Sponsor. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, hotel amenities or fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of winner and traveling companion. If actual value of prize is lower than the stated ARV when prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded. Travel, hotel and other accommodations are subject to availability. Winner and traveling companion must travel on same itinerary and dates (tentatively scheduled for March 2011, but subject to change) as determined by Sponsor. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Prize will be made by Sponsor. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. If Event is canceled, postponed or has occurred prior to verification/confirmation of the Grand Prize winner, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner other than to supply a trip to Napa Valley, CA minus the Event portion of the prize. Should this be the case, the prize must be taken within 12 months from notification date. Winner and guest must comply with any security procedure or measures imposed by the Event and/or its representatives; who reserve the right in its sole discretion to suspend or cancel the participation of any winner or guest due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct. Event tickets are not for sale. All fees, federal, state, local or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
