Prizes:
Grand Prize (4): Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for himself/herself and one (1) guest (Two (2) People Total) to one of the following locations: Hawaii; Italy; Costa Rica; or the winning 4th Grand Prize destination option as determined by the highest number of votes on the Website and the Sweepstakes Administrator in its sole discretion (each, a “Trip”). Each Trip consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation between a major U.S. gateway airport close to the Grand Prize Winner’s U.S. residence and chosen location; single room, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for six (6) nights; ground transportation between airport and hotel in the chosen location; $2,000.00 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to Grand Prize Winner); and one (1) activity (an event in the spirit of fitness at the Grand Prize location as determined by Sponsor at the time of booking in the Sponsor’s sole discretion). Additional Grand Prize award details and travel information may be provided to the Grand Prize Winner at the time of notification. Approximate Retail Value of each Trip: $8,500.00. Actual retail value depends on city/day/time of departure and chosen location. The Grand Prize trip must be taken and completed by August 31, 2014.
