PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded. (i) a trip for two (2) to the 2010 Fantastic Voyage cruise. Prize consists of accommodations on the Tom Joyner Foundation Fantastic Voyage Cruise 2010 (“Cruise”) from May 16, 2010, through May 23, 2010. Winner must be 21 years of age at time of entry and guest must be 21 years of age by May 16, 2010. Winner shall be solely responsible for any airfare or hotel accommodations. Approximate Retails Value (“ARV”) $5,600. (ii) a trip for four (4) to the 2010 Tom Joyner Family Reunion. Prize consists of accommodations for a family of four at the Tom Joyner Family Reunion, Thursday, September 2 through Monday, September 6th, 2010 in Orlando, FL for five (5) days, four (4) nights; single day tickets to three (3) individual theme parks for four (4) people; five meals as provided for all Tom Joyner Family Reunion guests, admission for four (4) to all Tom Joyner Family Reunion Events on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (space may be limited for some activities and will be based on a first-come basis), and ground transportation from the host hotel to each of the events and participating theme parks; and round-trip ground transportation from the Orlando Airport to the host hotel (within the defined transportation period and only as provided to other Tom Joyner Family Reunion guests). Winner shall be solely responsible for airfare. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) $2,633.

Thirty (30) Secondary prizes will be awarded. Minimum of a $1,000 cash prize (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,000) or the value of such other awarded prize as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate retail value of all prizes: $38,233.
