PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: A six (6) night, seven (7) day trip for two (2) people to Wales. Prize includes: Round-trip coach air transportation for the Winner and one (1) Guest between a major international metropolitan airport near the Winner’s residence and an aiport in or near Wales, to be determined by the Sponsor, six (6) night’s hotel accommodations in one (1) double occupancy room for two (2) persons, transfer upon airport arrival and private guided tours each day (exact itinerary to be provided upon scheduling of the trip). Winner’s Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18 years of age) unless child or legal ward of Winner. The Guest (or, if child or legal ward of Winner, the Winner) must execute and return a Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. Grand prize air transportation tickets are Economy Class and cannot be upgraded to Business or First Class. Prize does not include taxes and fuel surcharges, ground transportation/transfers that are not included in the prize itinerary, meals not part of the prize itinerary, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages unless explicitly noted in the itinerary, optional activities or extras, tips, taxes, personal items purchased or insurance. Some age restriction for some activities may apply. Private guided tours offered may require individual reservations and are based upon availability. Winner and Guest are responsible for all other incidentals/expenses incurred not listed in prize offering above. Winner and Guest are responsible for providing required travel documents. All travel is subject to availability, black out dates apply. Winner and Guest/travel companion must travel on same itinerary. Hotel or tour schedules are subject to change according to local circumstances. All travel must be completed by December 29th, 2013. All air transportation tickets, private guided tours, and hotel accommodations are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable once issued. Reservations for flights and tours must occur at least two (2) months in advance of actual trip date. Winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining appropriate passport and/or visa, if required. Winner must submit contact information in writing to Visit Wales no later than August 14th, 2012. Prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special offers. Approximate retail value of prize $7,800.
