HOW TO PARTICIPATE: For each Week of the Promotion Period, Lay’s (Brand Sponsor) will publish a promotional theme inviting participants to enter the Promotion by submitting a photo or Vine video (each a “Swag Race”). Each Swag Race is divided into two heats that are launched every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the Promotion. To enter, participants must tweet the appropriate photo or video response depicting the promotional theme for the corresponding Swag Race Heat along with the appropriate hashtags (as stated in Sponsor’s post) (each an “Entry”) to @LAYS. Participant must follow Sponsor’s LAY’S® brand @LAYS handle (“LAY’S”) on Twitter.com at https://twitter.com/LAYS (the “Web Site”)…Entries will not be judged but will be screened for material compliance with the Entry Guidelines and requirements.
Limit one (1) entry per person/Twitter account per Swag Race Heat. Only Entries received by a particular Swag Race Heat’s Entry Deadline are considered valid for the corresponding Swag Race Heat. If entrant submits more than one (1) Entry per Swag Race Heat, only the first Entry received for that Swag Race Heat will be considered valid. Incomplete, illegible, false, duplicate, deceptive or garbled Entries are not eligible.

WINNER DETERMINATION: The first participants to meet the Entry Threshold per Swag Race Heat who submit their Entry in accordance with the Entry Guidelines and these Official Rules will be deemed the winners (subject to verification) of the corresponding Swag Race Heat. The decisions of the Sponsor shall be final in all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for the corresponding Swag Race Heat and the order in which they were received.
