Fandango’s The Dark Knight Rises Sweepstakes

ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: You may also enter the Sweepstakes by sending an email to marketing@fandango.com with the subject line “The Dark Knight Rises Sweepstakes” and with your name and email address in the body of the email (“Email Entry”).
PRIZES: Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.
Grand Prize #1. The Grand Prize to be awarded on or about July 2, 2012 (“Grand Prize #1”) shall consist of: round-trip economy airfare from a major U.S. airport near Grand Prize #1 winner’s residence for winner and a guest (“Guest”) to New York City on an airline of prize provider’s choosing (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $880.00 (USD)); lodging for two (2) nights in a standard, double occupancy room for winner and Guest in a hotel in New York City of prize provider’s choosing (ARV $370 (USD)); five hundred dollars ($500 (USD)) spending money; and tickets for winner and Guest to the The Dark Knight Rises premiere screening in New York City to be held July 16, 2012 (ARV $500.00 (USD)). Total combined ARV of Grand Prize #1 is two thousand two hundred fifty dollars and zero cents (ARV $2,250.00 (USD)).
Travel for Grand Prize #1 must be completed on or about July 15 through 17, 2012.
Grand Prize #2. The Grand Prize to be awarded on or about July 9, 2012 (“Grand Prize #2”) shall consist of: one (1) private screening (“Screening”) of the film The Dark Knight Rises in a two hundred (200) seat theater near Grand Prize #2 winner’s residence, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, at 7:30 p.m. on July 18, 2012, for Grand Prize #2 winner and up to one hundred ninety-nine (199) guests of winner’s choice; and a small popcorn and soda for each theater guest. The Screening must be scheduled through Sponsor, and the specific date, time and location of the Screening shall be at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Recording devices will not be allowed in the Screening. Grand Prize #2 winner will need to email Sponsor a list of all guests (first and last names of each) to be admitted to the Screening at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Screening. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse admission to any Screening guest(s). Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize #2 is two thousand dollars ($2,000.00 (USD)). Screening must take place on July 18, 2012.
Grand Prize #3. The Grand Prize to be awarded on or about July 20, 2012 (“Grand Prize #3”) shall consist of: one (1) Fandango Promotional Code (“Promo Code”) worth a maximum of five hundred seventy-six dollars (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $576.00 (USD)), valid through August 31, 2013. If the Promotional Code is not used to purchase movie tickets on Fandango.com during the period in which it is effective, it will expire and will not be extended or replaced. Grand Prize #3 will be delivered by email to the email address provided by Grand Prize #3 winner to Fandango. The total ARV of Grand Prize #3 is five hundred seventy-six dollars ($576.00 (USD)).
The total ARV of all Grand Prizes in this Sweepstakes is four thousand eight hundred twenty-six dollars and zero cents ($4,826.00 (USD)).
