One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: A trip package for winner and a guest to attend the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ “Ford Championship Weekend” event scheduled to be at at Homestead-Miami SpeedwaySM on November 17 to November 18, 2012 in Homestead, Florida. Prize package consists of:
- round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Homestead, FL;
- three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy);
- two (2) tickets to the Race and other related Race events; and
- $500 spending money.
Seating and all other prize specifics determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner must complete the trip between November 16 and November 19, 2012, or prize will be forfeited. Travel must be roundtrip. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by Sponsor’s choice of airline as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. The Sponsor is not responsible if any scheduled Race or activity is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Tickets may be subject to issuer’s standard rain-check policies and procedures. All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of winner. If winner is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), winner’s guest must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. If winner’s guest is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), winner must be minor’s parent/legal guardian and must complete required paperwork on behalf of minor, as applicable. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of prize documents. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. By accepting a ticket prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of the Race. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,200. The ARV of travel may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. The execution of additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by Homestead-Miami Speedway, LLC and/or any other applicable sanctioning body or prize provider may also be required and returned within the time period specified by such entities, as appropriate.
Five (5) First Prize Winners will receive: A one-year supply of Coke Zero™ awarded as 52 coupons, each valid for a Coke Zero 12-pack, terms and conditions apply. ARV: $259.48.
Three (3) Second Prize Winners will receive: A Coke Zero prize pack, including a t-shirt, hat, and backpack, all details determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. ARV: $100.
Three (3) Third Prize Winners will receive: A personal phone call from a NASCAR driver, driver and all other details determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. ARV: $100. (Due to time-sensitivity, potential Third Prize winners will be contacted by phone between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m. ET on July 8, 2012. No phone messages will be left. If a potential Third Prize winner does not answer the phone, he or she will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected in his or her place.)
Five (5) Fourth Prize Winners will receive: A one-year membership to TRACKPASS, subject to availability, terms and conditions apply. ARV: $99.
No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize by any winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Tickets and passes are subject to the standard terms and procedures of NASCAR and subject to NASCAR’s sole discretion.
Total ARV of all prizes: $6,592.40. Limit: 1 prize per person.
