SEVEN (7) WEEKLY IPAD PRIZE WINNERS: The Weekly iPad Prize Winner selected for each Weekly Drawing Period will receive a Wi-Fi enabled 16GB Apple iPad® Generation 3 in Black (“iPad”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each iPad is $499. ARV for all Weekly iPad Prizes is $3,493. Odds depend on number of entries received for each Weekly Drawing Period. No prize transfer or substitution allowed and a prize cannot be replaced if destroyed, lost, stolen or unredeemed. Limit one (1) Weekly iPad Prize per entrant/Facebook account during the Entire Sweepstakes Period. A Weekly iPad Prize Winner may not win an iPod. A Weekly iPad Prize Winner may also win the Grand Prize.
FIVE (5) IPOD PRIZE WINNERS: The Weekly iPod Prize Winner selected in Week 3, Week 4, Week 5, Week 6 and Week 7 (see specific dates above in the Entry Chart), will receive an Apple iPod® Shuffle in Blue (“iPod”). ARV of each iPod is $49. ARV for all Weekly iPod Prizes is $245.00. Odds depend on number of entries received for each applicable Weekly Drawing Period. No prize transfer or substitution allowed and a prize cannot be replaced if destroyed, lost, stolen, or unredeemed. Limit one (1) iPod Prize per entrant/Facebook account during the Entire Sweepstakes Period. A Weekly iPod Winner may not win an iPad. A Weekly iPod Prize Winner may always win the Grand Prize.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER: The Grand Prize Winner will receive:
(i) a four (4) days car rental from Thrifty Car Rental for pickup in Los Angeles, California at the Thrifty Car Rental location for the Grand Prize Winner’s choice of one (1) rental vehicle of a compact, mid size, standard, full size car or minivan;
(ii) subject to availability and certain blackout periods; the Grand Prize Winner and three (3) of his/her guests (“Guests”) will receive a round-trip trip to Los Angeles, CA; two double occupancy rooms (room and tax only) for up to three (3) consecutive nights at a Los Angeles hotel selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion
(iii) four (4) tickets to Brad Paisley’s concert in Los Angeles, CA on October 20, 2012
(iv) four (4) Meet and Greet passes for Brad Paisley’s concert on October 20, 2012
If the Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of Los Angeles, California, the Grand Prize Winner will be allowed to pickup the Thrifty Car Rental at a mutually convenient location and use that rental car to travel to Los Angeles, California. Each Guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of the random drawing as set forth in herein or must be the minor child/ward of the Grand Prize Winner. Each Guest, or if a minor, the Grand Prize Winner must also sign a Liability and Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents.
All Grand Prize-related travel arrangements will be administered by Prize Logic. All reservations are based on availability and must be booked at least 30 days in advance of travel date, if possible. Travel must be completed by 10/22/2012. Standard car rental qualifications and mileage restrictions will apply. Taxes, gas, insurance, additional driver fees, airport fees, recoupment fees and other optional or additional expenses are the Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility. Final hotel selection will be determined by Sponsor and based upon availability. Standard blackout dates or other restrictions apply. Grand Prize travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, weather, seasonal influences, and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. The Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests will be required to travel on identical itineraries including the same departure date and return date. The Grand Prize Winner and Guests are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents (i.e., valid government-issued photo identification). If a Grand Prize Winner elects to travel or partake in Grand Prize without Guests or with less than four Guests, no additional compensation will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No changes or cancelations will be made to travel details once any element of the travel arrangements have been booked, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor will not pay for or obtain any travel insurance. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with a Grand Prize are not eligible for upgrades, frequent flyer miles or any other promotional benefit. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items once such items are in the Grand Prize Winner’s possession or the Guests’ possession. Travel must be round-trip. Sponsor will determine flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. If a Grand Prize Winner and/or Guests decide to extend the Trip or upgrade the Trip in any manner, such Grand Prize Winner and/or Guests will be solely responsible for any and all costs incurred due to extending and/or upgrading the Trip. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by Sponsor’s air travel prize supplier, as detailed in the passenger ticket contract issued by such supplier. Grand Prize package is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be extended or replaced if destroyed, lost, stolen or unredeemed. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or change the Grand Prize if any of the prize concert components are cancelled or rescheduled.
The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entire Sweepstakes Period. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $6,030. NOTE: If the actual value of the Grand Prize is less than its stated ARV, the Grand Prize Winner will not receive the difference in value. All unclaimed and/or unused elements will remain property of Thrifty Car Rental.
SEVEN (7) SECONDARY PRIZE WINNERS: The seven (7) Secondary Prize Winners selected in the Secondary Drawing will each receive two (2) tickets to a Brad Paisley concert in the city of winner’s choice from a list of available cities (“Secondary Prize”). Secondary Prizes do not include any travel expenses or hotel accommodations. Secondary Prize Winners are responsible for all costs associated with attendance at the concert venue they selected, including parking, tolls or any other associated fees. In the event the selected concert is canceled, rescheduled or becomes unavailable, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to any Secondary Prize Winners aside from making any rescheduled date tickets, if any, available to the Secondary Prize Winner. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Secondary Prize is $163.02. ARV for all Secondary Prizes is $1,141.14. Odds depend on number of entries received into the Secondary Drawing for the Entire Sweepstakes Period. No prize transfer or substitution allowed and a prize cannot be replaced if destroyed, lost, stolen or unredeemed. A Secondary Prize Winner may also win an iPad, an iPod and/or the Grand Prize.
TOTAL ARV: The total ARV of all Prizes in this Sweepstakes is $10,909.14.
