FIRST PRIZE: There will be two (2) first prizes awarded (each a “First Prize”), one (1) First Prize to each First Prize Winner. First Prize will consist of one (1) of the following: a) a Pure Romance Gift Set; or b) a Babeland Gift Basket. First Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of each First Prize is five hundred dollars ($500). ERV of both First Prizes is one thousand dollars ($1,000).
RAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize awarded (“Grand Prize”) to one (1) Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize consists of a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Miami, Florida (the “Trip”). The Trip includes: a) round-trip commercial class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from an airport near the Winner’s residence to an airport in or near Miami, FL (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); b) King Deluxe accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for three (3) nights at Hotel Victor, a Thompson Hotel in Miami Beach, FL (“Hotel”); c) two (2) complimentary fifty (50) minute Double the Pleasure Massages in the Couple’s Sanctuary (“Massages”) at Hotel; and d) complimentary daily continental breakfast for Grand Prize Winner and Guest. ERV of Grand Prize is three thousand dollars ($3,000).
Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of all Prizes is four thousand dollars ($4,000).
