There is a limit of three (3) entries per eBay user ID.
PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: the Grand Prize winner will receive a ring from Gemstoneking, Inc. based on the winning design the winner submitted, up to $25,000 in value. In addition, winner will also receive up to $11,000 cash (awarded as a check) that may be used toward the payment of taxes. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $36,000. Two (2) Finalist Prizes: $100 eBay Gift Certificate. ARV $100/ea. Total ARV of all prizes: Up to $36,200. eBay Gift Certificate prizes will be deposited into the winner’s PayPal account (the “PayPal Account”). Recipients must have or must create a PayPal Account at time of prize award at www.PayPal.com
