GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize of a 2012 Ford Harley-Davidson® F-150, having a Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (the “MSRP”) of approximately $47,000 and a Harley-Davidson® Seventy-Two™ Motorcycle, having a MSPR of $11,199 (Vehicle Color, Options and Accessories to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor).
Grand Prize winner must have and provide a valid U.S. Driver’s License and provide proof of existing Car/Motorcycle Insurance Coverage (Comprehensive or Liability) at time of delivery. Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for any applicable registration, license, title and insurance fees, all taxes (federal, state, local and/or income) and any expenses not listed herein related to the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize. Sponsor does not make, nor is Sponsor in any manner are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Grand Prize, including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition; the only representation/warranty/guarantee that may be provided relative to the Grand Prize, if any, are those of the manufacturer and/or dealer. Winner must accept delivery of vehicle at a dealership to be determined by Sponsor within 30 days of notification that dealership has received vehicle. Grand Prize winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to licensing and insurance requirements. The value of the Grand Prize is taxable as income. Grand Prize is non-transferable and no cash redemption or substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Total MSRP of the Grand Prize is $58,199. Any difference between stated MSRP and actual value will not be awarded. All taxes are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.
FIRST PRIZE: One (1) First Prize winner will be awarded a Samsung 55” LED 7000 Series Smart TV from Brand Source having an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $3,100.
SECOND PRIZE: Five (5) Second Prize winners will each be awarded one (1) Traxxas® E-Revo Brushless® 65 mph R/C Monster Truck. The ARV of each Second prize is $780. Total ARV of all Second Prizes is $3,900.
THIRD PRIZE: One (1) Third Prize winner will be awarded a set of tires from Service Central Racing having an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $1,000.
FOURTH PRIZE: Five (5) Fourth Prize winners will each be awarded one (1) Traxxas® Boss 302 VSL® 55 mph R/C car. The ARV of each Second prize is $300. Total ARV of all Second Prizes is $1,500.
Total value of all prizes to be awarded is $67,699. Limit of one (1) prize per person/household.
