One (1) Winner will receive one (1) trip to Los Angeles, California, for Winner and one (1) eligible guest (the “Guest”). Winner and Guest must travel on same itinerary (i.e., on the same flight or in the same vehicle if ground transportation is used), as determined by Sponsor. Guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of the Winner‘s entry. The Prize includes the following:
* a. Round trip coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a city closest to the Winner‘s home, which city shall be determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion, and Los Angeles, California;Sponsor
* b. hotel room accommodations for two (2) nights in Los Angeles, California, accommodations to be determined by Sponsor; and
* c. two (2) VIP passes to the 2008 Guys Choice award show, currently scheduled for May 30, 2008.
