Phase 1 Prizes: TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: Each Grand Prize consists of two (2) Travel Authorization Certificates (each a “Travel Certificate”) for round trip coach-class air transportation on American Airlines, or their Airline Associates (American Eagle or the AmericanConnection® carriers) for the prize winner and his or her travel companion) from any city served by American Airlines or its Airline Associates in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States to any other city within the forty-eight (48) contiguous states as well as Canada, the Caribbean, or Mexico that is served by American Airlines or its Airline Associates. Winner is responsible for the full cost of transportation to and from the closest American Airlines departure and arrival city. American Airlines is not responsible for products or services offered by other participating companies. The Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $1,500. Prize winner and his or her travel companion(s) must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. Winners are responsible for any and all applicable fees, service charges, surcharges or passenger facility charges and all insurance, federal, state, local and foreign taxes, if any, and for gratuities, meals, incidentals and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize. Some of these taxes, fees and other amounts may be due upon booking/ticketing the Travel Certificates. Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute prize, including travel destinations of equal or greater value, if advertised prize becomes unavailable.
