Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to Winner.
Prize consists of a trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York, NY (“Trip”).
Trip includes 1) round trip, coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a
major airport near Winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major
airport in or near New York, NY; 2) accommodations for Winner and Guest for two (2)
nights at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double
occupancy); 3) ground transportation for Winner and Guest to and from airport and hotel;
4) two (2) tickets for Winner and Guest to the America’s Got Talent Finale, scheduled to
take place on September 18, 2013 (“Event”); and 5) travel agent services.
Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of
residence. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is three thousand four hundred and
seventy five dollars ($3,475).
