Prizes: Forty (40) First Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Sprint EVO mobile device (subject to availability). The First Prize does not include a service plan, only the device itself. The ARV of each First Prize is $549.99
The Grand Prize Winner will receive PrizeLogic’s assistance in either purchasing an item (such as car, etc.) or planning a trip provided that the item/trip purchased/planned shall not exceed an actual retail value of $25,000. The purchase or planning must be completed within three (3) months after the Grand Prize is awarded; or
The Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive $25,000 awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner (the “Cash Option”).
