open to legal US residents of CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WV and WI who are 21 years of age or older
Prize: The Winner will be notified by phone or email and will be awarded the following prize package (the “Prize”): a trip for Winner and three guests (each a “Guest”) to New York City for the 2012 Magic Hat Participation Party. The Prize includes: (i) transportation for four (4) persons to New York, New York (see “Conditions”), (ii) accommodations for four (4) days and three (3) nights (2 standard rooms, double occupancy) arriving in New York City on Saturday, November 3, 2012, and departing on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, (iii) four (4) VIP tickets to the 2012 Magic Hat Participation Party to be held on November 5, 2012, and (iv) one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in spending money (awarded to Winner only payable on or before arrival at the hotel). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $5,700.00
