PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZES (15): Fifteen (15) Grand Prize winners will each receive a customized Skittles, Starburst or Life Savers Branded Xbox 360 Console. Winners will also receive a Kinect Sensor; Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,149.99 each. FIRST PRIZES (200): Two hundred (200) First Prize winners will each receive a Kinect Bundle including an Xbox gaming console, Kinect Sensor, and Kinect Adventures game; ARV: $299.99 each. SECOND PRIZES (200): Two hundred (200) Second Prize winners will each receive a Kinect Sensor; ARV: $149.99 each. THIRD PRIZES (290): Two hundred and ninety (290) Third Prize winners will each receive a Kinect Sports Season 2 Game; ARV: $49.99 each. FOURTH PRIZES (300): Three hundred (300) Fourth Prize winners will each receive a Kinect Sports Season 1 Game; ARV: $29.99 each. FIFTH PRIZES (200): Two hundred (200) Fifth Prize winners will each receive a 12-month Xbox LIVE Subscription; ARV: $59.99. SIXTH PRIZES (12,000): Twelve thousand Sixth Prize winners will each receive a coupon redeemable for a free pack of Skittles, Starburst or Life Savers Gummies candy; ARV: $1.89 each. No cash alternative or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes will be awarded “AS IS,” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. If a potential winner is an eligible minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements of accepting the prize. Sponsor will report the value of prizes as required by law. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each prizewinner or his/her parent or legal guardian. LIMIT: 1 Prize per person per level (i.e. Grand Prize, First Prize, etc.). Any person who receives more than one (1) winning message for any prize level will only receive one (1) prize for that level. All prize claims will be verified at the end of the Promotion Period and prizes will be sent within 6-8 weeks after verification, with the exception of coupon prizes, which will be awarded throughout the Promotion Period. Prizes that are not awarded or claimed will not be awarded. Odds of winning any prize depend on the actual number of valid Instant Win Game entries completed during the Promotion Period and the time at which they are recorded. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $165,417.95.
