Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to attend an Ultimate Baseball Experience. The Ultimate Baseball Experience includes (a) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest from a major U.S. gateway airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence in the United States to a major U.S. gateway airport closest to the Game Experience (Location TBD), (b) hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, double-occupancy) for three (3) nights, (c) choice of two (2) tickets for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest to attend one (1) game of 2013 MLB World Series or two (2) tickets to the 2013 MLB All Star Game including the Home Run Derby or two (2) tickets to attend a 2013 MLB season game of winner’s choice. Exact game(s) and seat locations at 2013 All Star Game, 2013 Home Run Derby or 2013 Regular Season games as applicable, shall be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,200.00 Grand Prize.
Four (4) Monthly Prizes: Each Monthly Prize winner (each, a “Monthly Winner”) will receive two (2) tickets to one (1) 2012 or 2013 regular season MLB game (the “Monthly Prize”). Game tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions. ARV of the Monthly Prizes: $800.00
