La Madeleine COMPLIMENTARY Dessert Receipt

My husband & I ate there yesterday, on the bottom of the receipt is a ticket for a COMPLIMENTARY Pastry or Dessert with the completion of a short feedback survey. Now I just need to get back there to redeem! YUM!
