Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for up
to two (2) persons (i.e., Grand Prize winner and one [1] guest [“Guest”]), from January 13-15,
2027 to Richfield, MN to participate in the Best Buy store speedrun (“Speedrun” or “Event”;
see below for additional information). Trip consists of: roundtrip coach air transportation for
up to two (2), from a major commercial airport designated by Sponsor near winner’s residence (“Departure Airport”) to airport designated by Sponsor near Richfield, MN (“Destination City”)**; two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only); and ground transportation to/from Destination City airport and hotel and to/from hotel and Event, and the opportunity for the Grand Prize winner only to participate in the Speedrun (“Trip”). TAX GROSS-UP PAYMENT: Sponsor will also arrange for the Grand Prize winner to receive a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the Grand Prize winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to receipt of the Grand Prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”).
