The Grand Prize is a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest to Seattle, Washington and the surrounding Pacific Northwest, consisting of the following:
9.1 Travel and Lodging
Round-trip First Class air transportation for two (2) on Alaska Airlines between the major commercial airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence that is served by Alaska Airlines and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Airline, routing, carrier, class of service availability, and travel dates are determined solely by Sponsor. If the Grand Prize Winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of Seattle, ground transportation may be substituted for air transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion, with no additional compensation.
Four (4) days and three (3) nights of standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations at Populus Seattle in Pioneer Square, Seattle, Washington (one room, two persons). Room type, category, and hotel are determined solely by Sponsor.
Round-trip ground transportation between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and the hotel, and between the hotel and scheduled Sweepstakes itinerary activities.
A Filson welcome package delivered to the room. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $750.00.
9.2 Filson Access and Product
A guided tour of the Filson flagship store in Seattle, Washington.
A guided walkthrough of Filson manufacturing, workshop, and archive facilities, subject to operating schedule and safety requirements.
A design session with members of the Filson design team, including a preview of selected Fall/Winter 2027 product. Access to unreleased product is subject to a confidentiality obligation as set forth in Section 10.7.
A guided personal shopping experience at the Filson flagship store with a Filson personal shopping guide, and a Filson gift card in the amount of one thousand dollars (US $1,000.00).
In-store customization and monogramming on eligible items, subject to availability and to Filson’s standard customization terms.
One (1) custom Mackinaw Cruiser, made from fabrics selected by the Grand Prize Winner from a list of fabrics designated as available by Sponsor at the time of selection. See Section 10.5.
9.3 Pacific Northwest Experiences The Grand Prize Winner will select two (2) experiences for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest from the following list, subject to availability, scheduling, weather, safety requirements, and applicable minimum age and physical condition requirements imposed by the applicable Experience Provider:
Knife-making experience at Lawless Forge
Glass blowing experience at a Seattle-area glass studio selected by Sponsor
Approximately two (2) hour private tugboat trip through the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks into Puget Sound
Float plane trip to the Captain Whidbey Inn for dinner
Guided fishing trip with a licensed fishing guide service selected by Sponsor
Each provider of an experience is referred to as an “Experience Provider.” Experience selections must be submitted to Sponsor no later than sixty (60) days before the scheduled travel dates. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an experience of comparable or greater value if any selected experience becomes unavailable for any reason, with no additional compensation.
9.4 Meals Meals expressly identified in the written itinerary provided by Sponsor. All other meals, food, beverages, snacks, and alcohol are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and Guest. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the Grand Prize and will not be provided to any person under twenty-one (21) years of age.
9.5 Grand Prize ARV Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $12,000.00.
Second Tier Prizes. Ten (10) Second Tier Prizes will be awarded. Each Second Tier Prize consists of the winner’s choice of one (1) of the following: (a) one (1) Filson Mackinaw Wool Cruiser Jacket, or (b) one (1) Filson Tin Cloth Short Lined Cruiser Jacket. Size and color are subject to availability and are determined by Sponsor. Each Second Tier Prize winner must submit size and color preferences within fourteen (14) days of Sponsor’s written request; failure to do so permits Sponsor to select on the winner’s behalf or to substitute a Filson gift card of comparable value. Second Tier Prizes are final sale and are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable. ARV of each Second Tier Prize: $599.00. ARV of all Second Tier Prizes: $5,990.00.
Third Tier Prizes. Twenty (20) Third Tier Prizes will be awarded. Each Third Tier Prize consists of one (1) Filson gift card in the amount of one hundred fifty dollars (US $150.00), subject to Section 10.6. ARV of each Third Tier Prize: $150.00. ARV of all Third Tier Prizes: $3,000.00.
Total ARV of All Prizes. The total ARV of all thirty-one (31) prizes offered in the Sweepstakes is $20,990.00.
