Twenty Five (25) grand prizes will be awarded. Each grand prize winner will receive six hundred (600) packets of Liquid IV. Flavor will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize will be shipped to winner’s address in the United States. Approximate retail value of each grand prize is $500.

one (1) Grand Prize Winner and five (5) Regional Prize Winners will be awarded in connection with this Sweepstakes for a total of six (6) prizes.

The “Grand Prize” consists of $100,000 cash for the confirmed Grand Prize Winner, with an ARV of $100,000.

Each “Regional Prize” consists of “Free Fuel for a Year” awarded as Shell Gift Cards (physical and/or digital to be determined by the Sponsor) with an ARV of $2,500 and a total ARV of all Regional Prizes being $12,500.
