Only registered tarte vip members can participate in the Sweepstakes. If you were already a Tarte VIP member prior to the the Sweepstakes Period, you must must fill out the google form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScWAE8QmGlHmp_exuI2kAz82DHUY08MwpoNwIjiNKI0edEKPA/viewform?usp=header) and follow all entry instructions to complete and submit the entry form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (the “Entry”). Customers that do not have a tarte VIP account must opt into tarte VIP to automatically submit their entry. To enroll in Tarte VIP and enter into the Sweepstakes, you must first access your tarte.com customer account using your email address and the six-digit verification code sent to your email. If you do not already have a customer account, one will be created when you successfully verify your email address. Creating or accessing a tarte.com account does not automatically enroll you in the Loyalty Program.

Products numbered 1 to 16 above shall be collectively defined as the Prize (the “Prize”). The ARV of each Prize is five hundred and two dollars ($618).
