You have to nominate a small business
Three (3) Grand Prizes: Each “Grand Prize” consists of (i) a cash prize of Twenty-Five Thousand U.S.
Dollars ($25,000.00 USD) made payable to each Eligible Business designated as a grand prize winner
via ACH; (ii) a commemorative glass or Lucite award, and (iii) the opportunity for the Grand Prize winner
to appear as a guest on FOX Business Network, and a FOX Nation special, in each case, if Sponsor
determines that such appearance or special will move forward and on dates and at times selected by
Sponsor. Whether and how any winner is featured as a guest on the FOX Business Network or in a
Fox Nation Special is subject to Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion and editorial control. Sponsor
makes no representation, warranty, guarantee, or promise of any feature, duration, or placement. The
approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $25,000.
Seven (7) First Prizes: Each “First Prize” consists of (i) one (1) window decal designating the Business
as a winner in the Contest. The ARV of each First Prize is $30.
Total ARV of all prizes available in the Contest is $75,210
