Prizes. There are a total of seven hundred and three (703) prizes, as more fully described below.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes is Thirty-Eight Thousand Dollars ($38,000). Each Entrant can win only one (1) Grand Prize, and only one (1) Daily Prize per day.
a. Three (3) Grand Prizes, each of which is a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) Michaels Rewards voucher. Each Grand Prize voucher is valid for 365 calendar days from date of issuance.
b. Seven Hundred (700) Daily Prizes, each of which is a Fifty Dollar ($50) Michaels Rewards voucher. Daily Prize winners will be drawn each day of the Promotion Period, with Fifty (50) winners chosen each day. Each Daily Prize voucher is valid for 32 calendar days from date of issuance.
